- Valérie began her career in the European institutions in Brussels after completing university studies in France and Germany. She then worked at the DATAR (Interministerial Delegation for Regional Planning and Attractiveness) office within the Permanent Representation of France to the EU, focusing on EU regional policies, which she later implemented as Director of European Affairs for the Champagne-Ardenne region.
- Former Sustainable Development Manager at the central body, then later at Crédit Foncier de France within’s the Chairman’s office.
- Former Director of Sustainable Development at EIFFAGE.
- Founderin 2024 of L’Alinéa Verde, a consulting firm dedicated to climate resilience in the construction sector and the traceability of materials and products.
- Involved in the works “Des Villes et des Hommes – contributions du laboratoire Phosphore à la ville durable” (2013) and “Vers le génie civil écologique” (2014).
- Laureate of the Europe section at Sciences Po Paris.
