Designed by The Climate Company as an extension of the My Climate platform, UCP (UCIX CLIMATE PLATFORM) works on an unprecedented scale and projects involved with climate risks over several decades. By integrating new algorithms enabling the calculation of the UCIX climate risk exposure indicator for several thousand assets (simultaneously, just as for a single one), UCP provides its users with new applications and features, including:
- anticipation of Shrink-Swell Clay risks (RGA in French),
- the consolidated probability that an extreme climate event, whatever the hazard, will occur (Adaptation Warning),
- the assessment of the impact of these extreme events,
- the replacement of traditional resilience audits with automatic vulnerability calculation, reinforced by Artificial Intelligence.

The first mobile application dedicated to the medium-term anticipation of climate risks on a very fine scale, UCIX Standard is a global, consumer-facing Climate Score available on all smartphones on the market (Android, Apple), designed primarily for the real estate sector and more specifically for citizen owners, buyers, and sellers, as well as all intermediary players and experts in this sector (real estate agents, sales platforms, insurers, etc.).
This Climate Score and this unprecedented App invented and developed 100% by The Climate Company, aims, with a single click and on any smartphone, to provide within minutes a diagnosis of the level of exposure to heatwaves and flooding of a property, whatever its nature and wherever it is located; a diagnosis that is a « genuine decision-making help » now essential, particularly before buying or renting a house, as recent climate events in France and throughout Europe demonstrate.
This application, through its use, also automatically offers an approach to the adaptation challenges associated with each diagnosed risk and, if necessary, a “visio” appointment with an expert in the field.
The creation of this Climate Score draws on experience built through the world’s leading experts in public and private real estate asset management, who have benefited for several years from The Climate Company. Assessment and anticipation of 14 climate hazards for more than 5,000 buildings in Europe and more than 100,000 urban spaces (neighborhoods, cadastral parcels, etc.) are thus evaluated worldwide.
